We have an exciting and extensive recipe bank including drinks, snacks, salads, main courses and deserts which, when combined, cover the 30 most popular islands within the Caribbean. Our recipes from Jamaica, Cuba, Trinidad and Barbados (to name but a few) are sure to delight your taste buds.
Secondly, we have the knowledge and expertise of cooking Caribbean cuisine. We will share this with you through our top tips and advice on all aspects of food preparation and cooking methods.
Thirdly, we have created a range of authentic new products in the form of marinades and spice rubs, which contain those special ingredients required to bring out the taste of the Caribbean. You'll be amazed with how easy they are to use!

We have 30 years experience in the art of Caribbean cooking. Over that period we have seen this cuisine evolve into something quite special. This sleeping giant is now finally being recognised and is creeping onto supermarket shelves and restaurant menus.
Caribbean cooking is steeped with tradition and draws on influences from all over the world such as France, Africa, Spain, England and India, to name but a few. These countries have made their mark on Caribbean dishes allowing the vast range of flavours to suit anyone’s taste.
